Pathways To Employment

We are committed to support all local pathways to employment for both young people and adults alike. We strive to achieve this by attending employment related events as well as aspiration and development sessions organised collaboratively with our local JCP.

Youth Development

We believe that employment and experience is a good base for any youth development. This is why we are committed to offering both work placements and apprenticeships in line with business needs. Responsive Ltd currently have six apprentices.

Talent Management

Responsive are committed to challenging our employee’s potential whilst developing their talents – we want to enable employees to imagine their career in the group. By doing this, Responsive hope to maintain the great level of talent we have in West Cumbria.

Supporting Local Businesses

As an SME, Responsive understands the importance of working collaboratively with local suppliers and members of our supply chain. We are committed to prioritising where possible, the use of local businesses services and product with a huge emphasis on the “sticky pound”

Local Community Support

We recognise the need for our business to provide direct support to our local communities. Responsive strive to help in any way we can – this might be a donation or volunteering our time. We currently sponsor several local kids football teams and we love to hear updates from them.

Staff Commitment

All of our employees at Responsive thoroughly enjoy getting involved and helping with our local community. Responsive Ltd supports staff with an additional two paid days a year to spend fully on volunteering efforts within the local community.
