We are looking for inspectors or tutors with at least a PCN Level 2 with 5 years’ experience or more in any of the following disciplines; MT, PT, RT, UT, WI.

Responsive Training Services is the training arm of Responsive Ltd. We can tailor a solution for any training needs with “off the shelf” courses as well as bespoke courses. This could be within quality, life skills, health and safety – We really can try our best to cover anything but we take a specialism in what we know – Non-Destructive testing, PCN qualifications.

The Position

The main roles and responsibilities of a Non-Destructive Testing Instructor are as follows;

• Face-to-Face Contact with Students
• Remote tutor/instructor (working at different sites, where needed)
• Participate and moderate online discussions and forums
• Marking and Commenting on Student Assignments
• Student Progress monitoring
• Course Design and development
• NDT CPD activity
• Continual improvement of Teaching skills
• Reviewing Courses regularly for improvement

Other responsibilities are:

• To participate in the running of day, weekend sessions as and when necessary, and to provide feedback on these activities to the manager
• To contribute to the evaluation of courses when requested by the manager
• To attend and participate in tutor training sessions and other meetings as and when the company requires both before and during a course. All appointed tutors will have to attend the Tutor Induction and Training Programme.

We are looking for inspectors or tutors with at least a PCN Level 2 with 5 years’ experience or more in any of the following disciplines; MT, PT, RT, UT, WI.

Experience in leading a group or teaching is preferred but not essential – training can be provided for the correct candidate.

The Location

Responsive Ltd’s roots are in West Cumbria but we do have a hub in Manchester too. This enables us to offer effective service for clients across the UK.

Responsive Training Services is run from our Cumbria base at Haig Enterprise Park, Whitehaven.
